What should my career be when I grow up?

I kind of want to be a doctor but I feel like the time in studying takes ALOT of time. I like to talk a lot, I want a job with a high Salary, I like to travel, I don't wanna spend so much time at work. I wanted to be one of those people who do make up & hair & stuff like that but they don't make much money :/ HELP PLS
