Why do people say Melo has a team full of great players?

He has: A broken Tyson Chandler A washed up Amar'e An inconsistent JR A struggling Shumpert A OK Felton A washed up MWP And Bargaini and Udrih So where in this roster do they see "All Star" or "Fantastic" team? I mean seriously, this is nowhere near a great roster.
