You're not supposed to leave out meat for more than one hour, but what about pepperoni?

Mainly I'm curious if it's ok to leave out pepperoni pizza for more than 1 hour. See because I just made pizza and I'll probably want more later but I don't want to have to put it back in the oven (I don't like microwave pizza). So can I leave it out or should it go in the fridge?
