How to get a father figure type of ''mentor'' in your life?

I have asked numerous questions in relation. I really am not getting the feedback I am looking for. I want a father figure type of mentor in my life. No, not a family member. I am too old for Big Brother also. I am 14 going on 15. I mean I have my eye on a certain teacher but I don't have him, and he's a grade below me also. I don't know if I should look into that or possibly another outlet. Let me know what you think... What do these ''mentors'' do? Male or female? Age? & also I would want a male.
