Question #13150174

Can lack of sleep or sleeping odd make your legs hurt?

I only got about 3 hours sleep last night and I currently have a bit of a cold. My legs from the thighs to the knees feel very achy and a little shaky. Is this from lack of sleep? Should I worry?
