How to waive return check fee?

So I tried to take 3600 dollars from my account but I forget that I seperated them so I got a return check fee. I was wonder what I can do to get rid of it. Btw I'm just opened the account 2 or 3 months ago. I'm also a student so I put my financial aid in there about 3600. Please provide dialogue for the representative and me thank u. In addition I added 800 to redeem myself( if that works :( )
