everytime I get up I feel like I'm going to faint?

For a few weeks now when I stand up from sitting on the couch I get a headache, eyes go dizzy, I can't see properly and I feel like I'm going to faint I dont get up fast or in any weird way. Also it doesnt matter how long ive been sat for..it still happens Why? I'm 16
