where are the live people on the mickey mouse club?

Im concerned because this new show about his clubhouse is really awful. Its way better then Barney for kids but....thats half the show. Look at Amanda Byne. Its not mickey that made Brittany ok. So with that objection out of the way. What gives in not hiring people for a job that is in demand by viewers.
