What should I say to him ?

He came over.He was suppose to ask me out. Well he didn't. He said somthing that made me mad and when he asked me what was wrong i just said I'm tierd, 10 min later he said roads are getting icy I'm going to go. We had a long hug and kiss. He left. When we start texting again it's like friend texting no cute I miss you or that was fun like he always does.... I wanna go back to the way we were , how do I do that
