How level up all pokemon to 100 in pokemon black?

Are there any action replay dsi cheats that turn all of your pokemon in your pc to level 100? Is there one that turns all of your pokemon into a shiny? Please tell me, I literally have all pokemon (except for legendaries, but I'll work that out later) on my pokedex.
