Do women care about hair color on a man?

I'm in my lower 30's and have lots of gray hair. I've been dying it my natural color, brown since I was 19. I started going gray early for some reason. I have a full head of hair and was thinking about letting it go to that salt and pepper look. What do you think ladies? Keep dying, or go naturally gray?
