Weekly meal preperation help?
im not trying to be a bodybuilder or anything but if someone could tell me a good amount of ground beef, chicken, fish etc. (example:5lbs chicken 3lbs ground beef etc.) to be enough for pre-made weekly meals I would greatly appreciate any and all ideas *not sure if this helps but im 6'2 about180 workout and im pretty active
