Could my friend have breast cancer?

My friend is 14 years old and she has recenltly got a cut on her breast but she doesn't no where it came from. It won't stop leaking a yellowy sort of gung and her breast is swolen. Her mum doesn't care and what take her to the doctors could this be something serious
