Physics homework help D: ?

I really dont get how you calculate a force(newtons) using height(m) and weight(kg). I need to use my weight(47kg) and the height of mount snowdon(1,085m) to get a force ??? It says 1kg requires a force of 10N to lift it but i dont get any of it... please help DD:
