How to make him accept?

Hi, So I added the guy I like on Facebook and it's been over a week and he hasn't accepted. And I know he has seen it for certain. I won't see him for a couple of weeks so how do I get him to accept? Because I can't inbox him as it will go to the others folder. Any ideas?
