Anyone know of a good floating messenger app for android?

I'm not looking a third party messaging app that acts as a replacement to the stock messaging app, just a floating widget that is connected to it because I want to keep a certain feature unique to that app(the one where if you lift your phone it does a little vibration to notify you of any new messages) I've got a Galaxy S4 running android 4.3 if that helps.
