What to put in a suicide note?

I've finished one for my ex. I tried my mom's but it's painful to write. I'm doing it Wednesday nothing is going to change my mind I've been too strong for to long. I'm not an attention seeker just don't want to much being said. Don't tell me go to church tell me what to put. I've over dosed cut and tried to hang myself no more meds I'm seriously done. Any info for the letter will be much appreciated.
