Paroxetine withdrawl - any help?

I have been off all of the medication for about five days now and I cannot stop my body from shaking at times. I feel bad like I have the flu. I am angry at every little thing! I weaned myself off of it as best I could. I was on 60mg for about 10 years (yes, seriously). I started taking less and less to the point I was cutting pills down with a pill cutter before completely going off. My weight has dropped a lot. I had no choice but to go off the pills because I could not get a new prescription from my former psychiatrist and I could not get into a new doctor for at least a month after my pills would be gone so I had no choice but to start weaning myself off. How long does this last? I do feel like once these withdrawl symptoms subside I will be okay. I just want this to STOP!!! Please tell me this ends at some point!
