how to burn movies onto a disc?

Hey dudes.. I have windows xp and i wanted to know how I could download movies and then burn them into one disc. what i wanna do is put 19 movies onto one disc. idk if its possible for that ammount, but if you know please tell me in steps cause i am really desperate atm.
