My rabbit hit his face! help(10 points)?

I have a house rabbit and yesterday he was sitting up stairs on his own, so I went to get him for cuddles, as I was carrying him downstairs he jumped out my arms and hit his face on the laminate floor, his faced started to bleed! I checked his teeth and there fine also he's eating, shall I still take him to the vets?
