Do I have the stomach flu?

It's around 4:30 in the morning right now and I tried going to bed at nine. When I first went to bed I woke up at 1 with a lot of diarrhea. Then when I thought I was done I got up and felt like throwing up so I got on my knees in front of the toilet and threw up a lot really bad. Now since the I can't go back to sleep because every 30min I need to go diarrhea. It is late and I don't know if I should wake up my family. What should I do? I just want a serious answer please.
