my menstrual cycle is late can I be pregnant?

Hi my name Lashonda and my menstrual cycle is late I was supposed to get it on January , 15 ,2014 but I didn't all I been doing is cramping , using the rest room a lot more than usual , I also been having a lot of head aches , and I wanted to know if anyone experience this before and was pregnant ?
