Why can't I seem to stretch enough?

I'm 17 and a guy my whole body for the last few months I can't seem to stretch enough, why? BQ: when I woke up yesterday I got a nose bleed followed by a headache all day what could cause that? I've been getting a lot of nose bleeds over the last few months mostly from my left nostril then sometimes both nostrils will bleed for 5-10 minutes and a lot of blood.
