How to cure fallen (Winged) scapula?

Four years ago, I felt a sharp pain within the left side of my thorax, which lasted for two days. I wasn't able to raise my left arm or pick up something on the floor with it. Few days later, I discovered that my left scapula was missing or flat. Help please!
