Will we get approved for this apartment?

My fiance and I just applied for our first apartment today. It is $820/month. Gas, water and heat are included. My fiances gross income is $3,700 and mine is $950/month. So together that is $4,650/month. We both have good credit. 712 for both of us. The only problem is, he has a lot of loans. He has a truck, bike and car loan in his name. I have a car loan. Our loans each month cost $900/month. The truck is actually his dads, so we wouldn't be paying for that, but the apartment complex thinks its his. My question is, do you think we have a good chance of getting approved? I am going crazy just waiting for the phone call! Any advice is appreciated!
