How to get rid of really ichy dandruff?

Im 13 years old and I have really oily skin and that causes acne and dandruff. I have tried every thing and nothing works. If i barely touch my hair a bunch of HUGE clumps of dry skin comes out. I play hockey so i shower every day. It is REALLY ichy and embarasing haveing white clumps in your hair. Please help. Thank you!!'
