How to loose weight in 1-3weeks?
I am a 20year old female, 179cm tall and I weigh around 77-68kg. I want to loose weight mainly on my lower stomach and legs, thighs. I want to go on the treadmill, I want to loose about 10kilos fast so how many minutes a day should I go on the treadmill ?
