Question #13450120

Is it colorectal cancer?

So I had pelvic twinges for 2 months then it all went away, or at least I wouldn't feel them as often. After 2 months I started experiencing pelvic twinges again and twinges ( short term and not very painful) in my upper left abdominal side ( this happens everyday ). Sometimes I have rectal twinges ( and they can be quite painful ). About 1 month ago I ran some tests and there was no blood in my stool, no mucus either. Today I had a bowel movement and there was both blood and mucus in my stool. What do you think? Could this be cancer?
