Duty And Taxes In The Philippines?

Hi I would like to know if someone could help me with something I am trying to find out I have a small package that I would like to send to Bohol in the Philippines the package weighs about 5 pounds the measurements of it is Length 13in the Height is 12in the width is 9in The contents in the package is worth about $153 I have tried to reach the customs department in the Philippines several times to find out how much the duty and taxes be for this package but not been having much luck in doing so if anyone could help me with this your help would be greatly appreciated
