galaxy s3 problems with making calls?

Two weeks back i updated my phone to android 4.3. It worked well in the beginning. From yesterday i am not able to make or receive calls or messages. Signal bars are full and asu is between 16 to 25. Is it the phone problem or android's? Should i restore my phone back to previous version to solve the prob?
