Constant pressure/head rushes?

I keep feeling head rushes and have a slight pressure in my head that lingers. I sometimes feel like my hearing is diminished too. Mentioned it to my doctor yesterday and she reviewed my blood work which was all normal, she took my blood pressure lying down, sitting up and standing. Everything was normal. She gave me his answers but I still feel it
