Overcrowded bottom teeth?

My teeth aren't really crooked Except two teeth on my bottom row the two teeth surrounding my front bottom ones are almost literally behind them . If I were to get braces would they have to be pulled ? There would be about an quarter inch gap between the next set of teeth if they were pulled .
