Can you tell me the name of this song?

Okay basically I have no lyrics no sound no nothing... But I can tell you a little bit about it like describe it... it's a spanish or portuguese song (I don't know neither of these two languages), in the chorus there is this i a a a (or E a a a) and it also has a little bit of whistling in it. I'm sorry for the lack of information.. I can't tell any lyrics because I don't understand anything and if I try to write what I hear I will probably sound like a complete idiot.. I searched for this this song everywhere, I tried googling what I hear, I tried humming it in SoundHound but nothing worked.. my only option left was to ask on Yahoo. I'll be really happy if you have some idea what thew name could be.
