Tympanoplasty?

It's been a month since my 2nd tympanoplasty and someone threw a pen in my head and I'm hearing loud ringing noises again louder than before. My doctor is gone on vacation and there are no other doctors in my area so can someone tell me what the loud ringing noises mean.
