Vmware workstation pro help?

I have been watching this guy showing how you can run mac os x el capitan on vmware which sounds awesome. I got to about the part where he starts it and it works fine for him. When i start it, it goes from the vmware screen to the apple screen, i got so excited when an error popped up saying,"A fault has occurred causing a virtual CPU to enter the shutdown state. If this fault had occurred outside of a virtual machine, it would have caused the physical machine to restart. The shutdown state can be reached by incorrectly configuring the virtual machine, a bug in the guest operating system, or a problem in VMware Workstation." I got so confused, so then i restarted it, and now it goes into a loop from the vmware screen to the apple screen and it is really making me upset, my sister posted something like this and now i am having the same problem. Plz tell me if you know how to fix this. I have a AMD A10 Extreme Edition Radeon R8 4C+8G 2.00GHz and it is a laptop, please help me, thank you! :)
