What to do for dry firzzy hair?

I have used garnier sleek and shine, argon deep conditioner and my hair still looks dry and frizzy. how to get smooth nice hair? I do dry and straighten, if I don't straighten it will look 10 times worse. also have lots of split ends and fly aways. what to do??
