How should I deal with my anxiety?
I have anxiety attacks several times a day over the simplest things. It's getting to where I just want to lay in bed all day because I'm terrified of what could happen if I don't. I'm currently seeing a psychologist but I don't know what else to do. I used to take medicine for it but my parents made me stop because they don't want me taking more meds than I already am (those are for other medical reasons.) It gets to where I feel like I can't breathe and my heart starts pounding and I feel like I'm going to throw up.
