How effective were efforts by the GOP to change state election rules in the "battleground" states?
I know some changes were allowed by the courts and some were not. Were the cutbacks in early voting, closing of polling places, restrictions on registration, purging of the rolls, and voter ID laws that WERE put into effect enough to swing any major states from HRC to DJT? Please spare us any political comments one way or the other. I just want to know if the law changes had a significant effect. I already have my opinions, as you do. You don't want to hear mine, and I don't want to hear yours. I just am interested in facts about the effect these election law changes actually had on 11/9/16.
