What could be wrong with my nose?

I am 22 years old and all of my life whenever i lay down to go to sleep, one side of my nose clogs up depending which side I lay on that nostril will become clogged. When I blow my nose there is always small amounts of blood in the tissue, I use to be addicted to nasal spray because this problem has been so constant throughout my lifetime, I stopped using it but now I am back to the original reason I became addicted in the first place. There is no way this is just allergies because I dont have any really, once I sit back up the swelling in my nose slowly goes back down over a few minutes. What could be the problem here? What will end this sinus misery?
