Can I buy a house ?

So I'm 20, making $45k a year right now but in 2 years when I'm when I'm a journeyman electrician I'll be making 65-80k. My credit it 692 as of today, would I get approved for a loan for let's say 100,000? Or what would mymax be? Tired of dishing out 450 a month for pointless rent
