Hamstring tear?

I work retail. After black friday my girlfriend saw a big bruise on the back of my leg with a quarter sized lump with point tenderness. I didnt even notice it till she said somethinh. Shes a level 2 athletic training student and did some strength tests. She thinks its not torn. Can you give me a second opinion or some way to be sure? I dont have health insurance.
