Any professional hair treatments for frizzy curly hair?

So, my hair is really weird. Its very frizzy and doesnt have any defines curls at the top layer but my bottom layer is very shiny and defined. I want to do a professional salon hair treatment that wont make me lose my curls. Any ideas? Thanks
