How do you sucessfully transition from a career in Business to one of Human Health Services/Social Work?

I am cosidering doing my MSW starting fall of 2017. I have a degree in Business Administration... most of my career has been working in Health Insurance on new system implementation projects. I love the work but I absolutely hated the people...typical A type personalities! I find that I have many skills and learn quickly but have mastered absolutely NOTHING! How can I successfully begin to make this transition without making the same mistakes?
