Help i found a black spot on my teeth.?

a week or two i discovered a dark spot on one of my back teeth. i touched it gently with sharp stuff like nail scissors and it feels ruff dosent feel like a hole. it dosent hurt. i have regurall dentist checkups. i hope its not cavity. im paranoid.
