How many people can say they're a good manipulative liar?

I know exactly what you're thinking. "Oh lying is bad". Or it's "wrong". The critical subject that i'm aiming for is the "skill" set of being a good liar. The way you control the situation through a simple lie and get away with it. Maybe for pleasure? Or to test the mind of an individual. The way a person can create a false senero with proper hand gestures and eye contact to make it appear correct and or true.
