Question #14818100

Will my credit card report if the balance is paid off before the statement closing date?

I have a credit card with a $300 limit. I've been trying to increase my limit but I also need my credit score to come up. I just made $248 in purchases, but I didn't want the card to report a high utilization so I sent an online payment, but by mistake, I sent payment for the full amount. I was told to leave a small amount on my card for when the statement closes which is Jan 3 (tomorrow). My question, will my card still report since my current balance is $0? Should I hurry and charge $10 just to be safe?
