Is it Normal to get a pimple on a healed tattoo ?

I've had a tattoo since the start of September so I ve had it for 5 months and it is fully healed , I had no problems with the healing stages or after it heeled , never had a problem , I ve a tiny red pimple on the tattoo it s barely noticible but if I touch it it s like I cut it or something and it burns , it s tiny but this is my first tattoo so I m not sure if this just like any other pimple you d get on your body , it looks like a cut and I can t remember if I cut myself but I wouldn t be surprised if I did , just wondering if this is okay or if it means it s getting infected or something , thank you
