Is there something wrong with getting addicted to cutting ?
I've been cutting when I'm angry. And I know it's wrong, but now it's not just when I'm angry. If i'm the tiniest bit upset, or even if I'm not even upset I cut. Wtf is happening? Why does it feel like I need to cut when I'm not upset ? How can I get rid of this ?
