How do I get my phone to get out of a loading loop?

I jailbroke my Iphone 5s on ios 9.3.3 and tried to install a tweak called Dimmer. This tweak must have been out dated or had a virus because this reset my phone and put it into safe mode. I tried to uninstall it but it crashed my phone and unjailbroke it. It wasn't working right, i couldn't use any applications that use the internet, and bluetooth was "unavailable". I tried to re-jailbreak my phone, turn it off and on, and hard reset it but nothing would fix it. I decided to factory reset it and restore it to a backup. I thought it would work but it gets to about halfway on the loading bar, but then it blue screens and crashes. It just resets back to the loading screen and does it over and over endlessly. I tried to let it die and turn it on, turn it off, and hard reset it but nothing works. It has been loading and crashing for about 3 days now and i don't know what to do. Advice?
