What to do about my period?

I've had my period for 10 days and when it finally goes away it comes back 3 days later. And this time it's worst then ever and I can barely walk or move. I've been crying bc of the pain but my mom refuses to take me to the er bc of the money and bc she's sick RN. But I don't know to do. I'm so mad, sad, scared, irritated and in pain and I go back to school tomorrow. And I'm hungry but don't know what to eat. I just don't know help me please
